We had a great stay in London just off so many restaurants and shops and a stone's throw from Earl's Court station, tube station and close to Kensington High Street and quiet. Pretty building, where we stayed.

The location of the hotel was amazing, with easy access to popular attractions such as Buckingham Palace and the Tower of London. The kids loved being able to surf the web in the cozy lounge area, catching up on their favorite shows and games. It was a comfortable and relaxing space for the whole family to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if there was a designated play area or entertainment zone for the children. They wished there was a dedicated space where they could have spent some time playing games or doing activities suited for their age.

I stayed at the Grand Kensington Room and it was worth every penny. The room was spacious and bright, and the balcony was a bonus. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tube and plenty of food places nearby. The staff provided excellent customer service and check-in instructions were clear and detailed.
The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast. A wider variety of options would have made it even more enjoyable.
